Training 2.0″ training programs to prepare a short triathlon are now available in GUTAÏ.
The model developed by GUTAÏ takes into account the different performance parameters using the periodization block concept. Each week the nature of the blocks evolve to strengthen your progress but also break the monotony. We also use marginal gains to improve your body’s functioning through the use of nutrition (Train Low, Low-Carb, High-Carb, SleepLow…).
You can choose between:
- 8 and 12 weeks of preparation
- 6, 8 or 10 hours of weekly training volume
